Childcare Edition

News Update: As of the 12/04/2017 we are now proud to announce that the KiddyCare Nurseries have become our most recent BETA testers for our new EziCohort© software.

For the more advanced features of our EziCohort© software, we are interested in Childcare nurseries with 30+ children who have Key People assigned to them in different rooms.

We are now working on our next software project, EziCohort©. This is initially aimed at the child care sector but later versions will cater for other sectors too.

The first version of the EziCohort© application will initially only run on a windows PC (Windows 7,8 and 10) but development for other platforms are being planned for later this year.

Detailed Feature Overview:

  • Full child registration (This includes SEN, Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP) and Free Early Years (FEE) for 2 year old and 3-4 year old funding which is used in the COHORT auditing feature.
  • Dynamic individual child Tracker Assessments with key learning age expectation level indicators
  • Tracker Assessments are time stamped to the second allowing for very accurate COHORT reports
  • EYFS, Early Years Outcomes and Development Matters data support
  • Time stamped detailed PDF progress report creation, which gives you an electronic printable record of your children’s progress
  • Interactive Tracker Assessment Progress Charts, which give an overview of a child’s learning journey by analysing all Tracker Assessments made, for that child
  • Full user control; Add users with different levels of access permission
  • Add Key People who can only see, register, track and assess the children assigned to them or their rooms
  • COHORT reports filtered by Registration, Room, Key People, SEN, EYPP, FEE, Behind Age Band, At Age Band, Ahead of Age Band indicators
  • The COHORT report feature allows you to see a detailed overview of how your children are progressing
  • Complete time stamped COHORT PDF report creation
  • Full online video tutorial support which cover all the software features
  • All data is fully encrypted on your local machine.
  • The only time our software will make a connection to the internet is to verify your software license details. And even then, this is done over a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and fully encrypted, which is the same tech used when you log into your online bank account, so VERY secure indeed.
  • You will be allocated a “point of contact” expert who will answer all your questions and if they don’t know the answer to your question, they will find the answer for you. No more being passed from person to person. One person, all the answers. Simple.

Future Bolt On Software:

  • Full evidence creation bolt on using the EziEvidence© tablet software (IPAD)
  • Take photos and videos of individual or groups of children, to support all COHORT reports made with the EziCohort© tracking software
  • EziShow© tablet software (IPAD) allows for quick and easy video recall and playback through the use of augmented tracking.

We Need a Little Help with Testing

We have been in development with the EziCohort© software for a while now and there is only so much testing which can be done here in the development studios. We now need nursery Practitioners and Child Minders to use and test our EziCohort© software.

If you are interested in becoming a BETA tester then please get in touch today. We are only looking for a few independent child care businesses to help with testing and in return, you will receive our very first version of  EziCohort©  to use for free with no license fee to pay. If you have looked into this type of similar software, you will see that this could save you thousands over a year.
